Thank You for the interest in joining MABAS Division 32.

Below are links to the documents that need to be processed and signed to join the division. These documents were produced by St. Charles City, Missouri for their use to join the division.  Please change the documents to change the names of the department/district that is joining the division, as well as those persons who will be signing the documents. Three signed originals should be mailed to the address below for the president of the Division to execute agreement.  Once executed, one original will be kept on file at the Division office, one will be mailed to MABAS, and one will be sent back to you for your records.

All paperwork should be mailed to:

St. Clair/Monroe County Fire Chiefs Association

    MABAS Division32

    329 Hazel Avenue

    Belleville, IL 62223

By joining MABAS Division 32, you are also joining the St. Clair/Monroe County Fire Chiefs Association.  As a member of the Division and the Association, you will be assessed yearly dues for the division and the association.  Your active status in both organizations gives you voting privledges at the bi-monthly meetings.  The first year of dues is waived for all new departments/districts joining the organization. After the first year, you will be sent a dues notice.

The chiefs Association and the MABAS Division meet every other month, on the last Thursday of the month starting in January.  The November meeting is moved to the first week in December.  A notice of the meetings is mailed out within a week before the meeting date.

The Association/Division also keep a mass email for keeping departments up to date on issues.  If you would like your email address added to the list, please send the information to Tom Elliff at shfd117@aol.com.

If you have any questions as you go thru this process, please contact MABAS Division 32 representative Greg Render at (618)397-1995, or via email at hosechief@aol.com.
